Crispin K.Mugarula-Chief Executive Officer and co-President
Crispin is a graduate of Community Development Training Institute-CDTI Tengeru,he initially worked for the government until recently when he decided to team up and establish TAMIHA.
Crispin has a lot of expirience with project planning and mangement. He is now the CEO and he runs the organisation on day to day basis.

Placid Msuri-Secretary General
Placid is an extensionist with general agriculture. He has a lot of expirience working with community in different levels.He has worked in projects with Global Service Corps and he worked as an extensionist cum translator.He then worked in Seeds of Survival project and furthered his career with Hearts Helping Hands.
Placid is spending time in america now as an apprentice with Global Cows.

 Naomi S.Kilonzo-Treasurer and Finance Director

Naomi works with EARD-CI (Enterprise and Rural Development Community Initiatives) an organisation dedicated to improving the lives of rural families through access to affordable credit and training on sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation and healthcare. She conducts weekly training sessions all year, teaching business skills and sharing best practices with her individual and VICOBA borrowers. She also conducts monthly in-person follow-up with her individual borrowers providing support and counsel. She has worked for the local government for 15 years as an assistant accountant. She has received certifications from several business skills training courses. She is both a trainer and a mobilizer in enterprise development.

ADVISORS
Mr. John Ajabu Merinyo 
is the chief advisor of the organisation.Mr Merinyo is the lecturer at CDTI and he is co ordinator of studies there and good and valuable resource to us.

Irene M. Petroski

Irene is an undergrad of environmental studies and animal sciences. She currently resides in Chicago, IL and works as a certified veterinary technician. She is an alumni of Global Service Corps, another American-based NGO, where she spent 6 months teaching farmers in the foothills of Mt. Meru. Because of the joys of that experience, she wishes to continue good works as an adviser on the board of TAMIHA. She is also dedicated to a life-long study of Kiswahili.

Hans Robert Mmari 
Is our  advisor and supporter.Hans starred in the movie  'KILIMANJARO TO THE ROOF OF AFRICA' a famous and renowned movie all around the world.He is now working with Sokwe Asilia as an assistant IT manager.
Hans has a lot of expirience dealing with society at local and international level.

The main issue is to address the millenium goals focusing more on the groups mentioned in our home page.
The CEO is responsible for the day to day activities of Tamiha  and the Trustees makes big decissions by vote.

The organisation was started and registered in Meru district-Arusha then expanded to save the same group of people in Iramba district-Singida, and Nachingwea district-Lindi.

In a fifteen years strategic plan,the organisation will expand countrywide depending on the budget availability of funds.
